We are so confident you will love our LightSeeds that we will fully refund you if you are not happy!
It is important to us that you love your candle , we are very confident that it will be love at first sight ! However if you are not happy then we are not happy & your satisfaction will always be our utmost priority , after all we work with crystals & we’re all about those good vibes! Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or your just not happy drop us a line so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The product must not have been burnt and must be received back to us within 7 days of your request for a refund. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@lightseed.co.nz.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or burnt candles.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The cost of shipping will not be refunded and the refund will be processed once we receive the product. The product must not have been burnt and must be received back to us within 7 days of your request for a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
