At LightSeed we're proud to offer Free Shipping NZ Wide for all orders over $99 excluding wholesale.
All products are made at our Waikuku Beach Studio and are sent via NZ POST COURIERS .
Target Delivery Times For Canterbury deliveries you'll often receive your order the next business day and for the rest of the South Island you're likely to also receive them the next day, but do allow 2 - 3 days just in case. North Island, please allow 2-3 Days. Rural add an additional 2-3 days.
However no guarantees can be made and there's always a small chance because couriers may face unexpected delays due to weather, airport closures and Cook Strait crossings. Every order is Tracked and if I have your email address these details are emailed to you, so you can stay updated with the progress of your orders journey until it arrives at your doorstep! :)
Website orders are processed at 7am Weekdays, any orders received after 7am will be processed the follow day. Orders placed over the weekend will be packaged and sent out on Monday.
LightSeed offers South Island Shipping at $6 and North Island at $8. Rural is $10.
NZ orders over $99 receive Free Shipping NZ Wide.
Australian Shipping is viz NZ Post (tracked) and takes 5-10 business days. Costs for orders $0 - $75 is $18 Costs for orders $75 - $150 is $29.90
- Orders delivered to Australia will be processed in NZD
- Orders delivered to Australia will not be charged GST
- Your final cost will be displayed on the order confirmation step once an Australian delivery address has been provided.
We carefully pack your order and dispatch it first thing the morning following your confirmed order. Orders are generally dispatched prior to 8.45am.
Please note we can not deliver to PO boxes .
Please ensure you have a safe dry spot your courier knows about to keep your parcel safe from sight and wet weather.
We can not be responsible if your courier leaves your parcel on a soggy lawn in the rain where a dog may chew at it!
We do a loving job of packaging your gorgeous candles , and take great care to protect them during transit to ensure they arrive in all their glory for the perfect unboxing experience that you deserve.
Shipping & Returns Policy
It's important to us that you love your candle - if you're not happy then neither are we. In the rare circumstance you should be unhappy with your order, we will fully refund you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your candle when you receive it, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or your just not happy drop us a line so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The product must not have been burnt and must be received back to us within 7 days of your request for a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The cost of shipping will not be refunded and the refund will be processed once we receive the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
