At LightSeed we're proud to offer free delivery NZ wide.  

We carefully pack your order and dispatch it first thing the morning following your confirmed order.

Parcels are sent tracked with NZ Post - please allow up to 4 working days for your order to arrive - often much sooner.

Please note we can not deliver to PO boxes .
Please ensure you have a safe dry spot your courier knows about to keep your parcel safe from sight and wet weather.
We can not be responsible if your courier leaves your parcel on a soggy lawn in the rain where a dog may chew at it!
We do a loving job of packaging your gorgeous candles , and take great care to protect them during transit to ensure they arrive in all their glory for the perfect unboxing experience that you deserve.

Shipping & Returns Policy

It's important to us that you love your candle - if you're not happy then neither are we.  In the rare circumstance you should be unhappy with your order,  we will fully refund you.  

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your candle when you receive it,  contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or your just not happy drop us a line so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

The product must not have been burnt and must be received back to us within 7 days of your request for a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  The cost of shipping will not be refunded and the refund will be processed once we receive the product.  The product must not have been burnt and must be received back to us within 7 days of your request for a refund.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
